Customers in the Northeast who have a strong desire must install it in this location.
Second choice 1: Outdoor terrace, the terraces in front of and behind the big house are also very suitable for installing air energy, which is convenient and safe.
Second choice 2: Air conditioner position, generally there is an air conditioner position in the house, this position is also very suitable for installing air energy with a little improvement,
if you encounter a narrow air conditioner position that cannot be installed.
Second choice 3: Small platform outside the wall, beams and columns, these locations to install water heaters, may need some reinforcement.
Second choice 4: Roof platform, the original location where solar energy was installed can be installed with air energy,
pay attention to the hot and cold water pipes, and the power socket must have a waterproof box (you can ask for it when buying the warm brand).
Second choice 5: Bathroom, kitchen, if the bathroom or kitchen is relatively spacious, it can also be installed in these places, but you must pay attention to the layout of drainage facilities.
The last choice: wall-mounted installation. Wall-mounted installation is dangerous. Customers should try not to choose it because it may fall down in case of earthquakes. If customers insist on wall-mounted installation,
Under the same conditions, the kitchen is close to the public toilet. The kitchen uses hot water frequently, followed by the public toilet. The closer the distance, the less cold water. In a year, 50% of the hot water is used in the kitchen.
2. Drainage facilities:
When installing an air-energy water heater, condensed water will be discharged during use, so the installation location must have drainage facilities such as floor drains and gutters.
3. Instrument installation location:
The instrument also needs to be installed close to the control panel to avoid rain. Since the operation mode mostly chooses the "economic mode", the control panel is rarely operated.
There is no need to install it in a very conspicuous position. It can be installed on the wall of the balcony or corridor.

4. Water pipe layout:
The inlet and outlet pipes of the air-energy water heater are 25PPR pipes (commonly known as 6-point pipes).
Note that the screw mouth of the water pipe is still 4 points; the air-energy water heater is a central water heater, and the outlet pipe is actually the main pipe, with a larger diameter to avoid the "hot and cold" phenomenon.
For customers who install a return water device, the return water pipe diameter only needs to be 4 points.
5. Power socket:
The power socket is a three-pin plug with a wire diameter of 1.5 square (or above)
6. Basic requirements for on-site installation:
6.1. The bulk machine must be installed on-site, so you must bring a vacuum pump, a level, and a copper pipe expansion tool, especially a vacuum pump, which is a key equipment.
6.2. The coil and the connecting pipe must be evacuated, and the vacuum degree must reach 550 mm Hg or above;
if refrigerant is used to drive the air inside the copper pipe, it will inevitably reduce the amount of refrigerant (refrigerant is expensive and manufacturers will not add more) and affect the heating efficiency,
and will also pollute the environment.
6.3. The horizontal deviation of the main engine should be less than 5mm
7. Test procedure:
7.1. Connect the cold water pipe first, and connect the cold water pipe to the water inlet with the safety valve position (the cold water pipe interface should be installed with a maintenance valve);
7.2. Fill the water tank with water. Filling the water tank with water is an important step (filling must be completed before connecting the hot water pipe).
After water flows out of the hot water outlet (indicating that the water tank is full of water), close the valve and stop filling;
7.3. Connect the hot water pipe and open the water inlet valve;
7.4. Plug in the power cord and start running
7.5. Check the water pipes and wires, listen to the sound, check the fan, and observe the instrument. The test is completed after running for 10 minutes without abnormality.
8. The water temperature probe cannot be moved at will:
The water temperature probe cannot be separated from the water tank temperature detection blind pipe to avoid overheating of the unit heater and damage to the unit.
9. The hot water temperature should be appropriate:
When the hot water temperature is above 50 degrees, hot and cold water must be mixed to avoid burns.
10. Selection of fuses:
Do not use copper wire or iron wire instead, which may cause malfunctions or fire.
11. Confirm the power of electrical equipment:
The main power supply must meet the power requirements of the heat pump water heater, and the power consumption must meet the national civil/commercial use requirements.
Otherwise, the unit will be over-voltage or under-voltage and damaged, or even cause a fire.
12. Leakage protection switch:
Customers should install a leakage protection switch with equal power and good grounding performance.
